Unicorn Dreams

Do you like fantasy art? I have loved it since childhood. My first introduction was of course fairytales, and then fantasy stories as I grew older. I still enjoy reading fantasy and they inspire me to create my own visions of magical realms. I would like to share my Unicorn Dreams design with you. I hope you will enjoy it as well :)

This design is available on the a wide selection of apparel and gifts. T-shirts and other clothing are offered in children and adult sizes. They can be found in my SpiceTree Gift Art store.

Anti Valentine Humor

Having a bit of fun with a parody on the famous Robbie Burns Poem...Love is Like a Red Red Rose.

I decided an Anti Love version with dead roses would be fun. The bottom image is the verse inside the card I've displayed here. So if your Valentine sentiments are not of the loving sort you might like to check out the rest of the t-shirts and gift items at my Holiday Uniques store featuring this design.

Librarian design

A recent study in the UK declared that one of the most stressful jobs is that of a librarian. Well, that didn't come as much of a shock to me being one for my day job. People have this idea that librarians get to sit around all day in the quiet reading whatever book takes their fancy - for example whenever you mention your profession people ask "so what's your favourite book?". In reality, many of us never get to touch the books and our job is more of a combination of teacher/social worker/counsellor/mediator where we spend a lot of time listening to people's problems and trying to find info to help them (or ways to back away slowly from the front counter).

People also assume that librarians walk around all day saying "shhh" in their twinsets and pearls (actually, a cardigan is a very handy and versatile piece of clothing!) so this design is inspired by the stereotype of the shushing librarian with what many of us (I'm sure) are really thinking.
